Returns & exchanges

Counter Systema has a 14-day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/ postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for returning your item to us. And therefore also for the shipping costs for the return.

 

Returning your purchase

Email cs@countersystema.com outlining the nature of your return or exchange. Please send the order reference and tracking number in the email so we can monitor the return shipment.

Exchange online

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge (EU only). 

 

Receiving a refund

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will recieve an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued.

 

Important information for returns

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
All products that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. District Vision reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.

 

Sale

Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods. Please note all sale items offered at a reduced price are final and cannot be returned.
